Terms & Conditions
- The customer, hereby agrees, that all the items
are selected with an intent to purchase and the payment shall be made in the
chosen mode.
- The images in the website are suggestive. The
manufacturer may change the MRP, promotion, and packaging of the product from
time to time which may not reflect in the above picture. Grocerybag.in will not
be responsible for such changes.
- Some of the items are not pre-packed and will be packed fresh as per customer specification.
- Currently we are delivering throughout Delhi and in majority areas of Gurgaon and Noida. However, Grocerybag.in has the right to refuse the fulfillment of order in case the delivery address falls within the non-serviceable areas in the above mentioned places.
- We strive to deliver the goods within 2 days and 3 days in Delhi and Gurgaon/Noida respectively. However, on occasions it may get delayed because of unforeseen circumstances. Grocerybag.in cannot be held responsible for such delays.
- Grocerybag.in reserves the right to accept or decline orders, especially in case, where the customer has a history of non-payment or frequent returns.
- The customer agrees to check the goods thoroughly at the time of delivery and make the payment. In case he/she is not satisfied with the product received, he/she can return the same to the delivery person at the time of delivery and deduct the amount from the payment. After delivery is done, the customers are requested to intimate the return of the goods in not more than 3 days from the date of delivery to the customer care.
- All the grains, spices, dry fruits; though double sorted, cleaned and of best quality; are perishable in nature and require proper storage condition for consumption over longer duration. Most of the grains and pulses need to be stored in dry conditions with minimum exposure to moisture. Customers are requested to order minimum quantities during rainy season.
- It’s possible that some of the items may become unavailable due to some unavoidable circumstance after the order has been placed. While we will endeavor to make occurrence of such instances as rare as possible, but in such events, Grocerybag’s liability will be limited to providing an alternative agreeable to customer or refunding or adjusting the monetary value of such item.
